Q: SubWhat ?

A: SubMate! It's the contraction of the words Subway and Mate.

Q: What is SubMate?

A: It's our solution to help you meet new interesting people and discover things to do in your areas. With SubMate, you will have the opportunity to meet people who share common interests in your regular areas: where you live, work, study (...), meaning the places you spent most time in everyday. We also want to help you discover what is happening around you in those areas (concerts, happy hour, gallery openings,...).

Q: Holy cow that's awesome! Is SubMate working in my city?

A: That depends where you live. Right now, SubMate is available in three cities: New York, London, Paris. Of course, we plan to expand to new cities! If you want to submit a city to us, there is a form for that :)

Q: How does SubMate work?

A: It's simple: enter the trip you take on a regular basis (work commute, visiting your girlfriend, your mom's kitchen, etc.) and your interests. SubMate searches for other users within the same areas and similar interests and returns the results: your SubMates. You can see some information about them and you have the option to contact them directly to get in touch!

Q: Will it work on my mobile phone?

A: You can visit the website with your phone and use it. You soon (a matter of days now!) will be able to use our cool iPhone app. We also plan to developp an Android app pretty soon.

Q: I love SubMate! How can I become a fan?

A: Like all good rock stars, we have Twitter (@submate) and a Facebook fan page. You can also check out our blog. But even better, we are all registered on SubMate! Who knows - maybe we will become SubMates!
